A recent addition to our portfolio, the landlady contacted us through a marketing campaign.  She wanted someone who could take over the property and solve her ongoing maintenance problems along with delivering a fully managed letting solution for her.  We did a light refurbishment on the property, renovating all the areas of concern and we now fully manage it and taking all of the hassles and stress out of the landlady with stable monthly incomes.
